An Old Favorite!

This is one of my favorite necklaces I made back in May! I thought I would share it again.

So I have been out of town since the end of July and am having

CRAFTING WITHDRAWL! 

Luckily I brought some ribbon and thread and made these super cute ribbon flowers.  They will look perfect on some colorful headbands.

I just had to throw in a pic of my niece Hootie sportin' her Jewels By Julia bow and bracelet!

Taste the Rainbow!

So I made this yummy 6 layer cake for a neighbor's birthday party we had at my sister's house the other night. My niece and nephew helped bake the cake and loved dying the layers. I just had post a picture because it was so cool! Two cake mixes, 4 cans of frosting, lots of neon dye and a few handfuls of skittles will get you this......

I'M BACK!!

I can't believe I haven't posted anything since MAY! I have been super busy with vacations and summer school but I am ready to get back in the swing of blogging.

My sister is an awesome photographer and took some pics of her girls wearing some things I made for them. These super cute bow flip flops are adorable, and can be made in practically any color. I am working on making them with monogrammed buttons in the middle. Also pictured are some precious yo-yo clips modeled by the fabulous Hailey. Hope you enjoy and keep checking back, I promise I will keep the creations coming!

Something Fresh!

Who says you should put a candle in a candle holder?    I love using them to put small bunches of flowers in. I embellished this tea light holder (from the dollar spot at target!!!!) with a few beads.  It looks perfect in the window sill with fresh flowers from the my mom's garden.    

Fabulous Feathers!

I think it is pretty well known that I have hopped on the feather trend!! Here are some new feather creations.  These clips are fun and spunky. You will definitely get noticed wearing these babies! My favorite is the blue.

Ribbon Flowers

Here are some new headbands embellished with ribbon flowers.  They are super cute and can be made it practically any color!  I know of two little girls who will be getting some of these cuties!!

My mom and sister are attending the annual 

Apple Blossom Festival 

in Winchester, VA and they needed some cute jewelry in the festival colors.  Pink and green mother of pearl and festive green apple glass beads combine to make this cute bracelet and earrings set.
